Blood flow issues on cycle

This cycle has been rough. I've determined that the issues I've been having are related to increased blood pressure and reduced blood flow. I was doing a Trest/Andros stack and it was so bad that I switched compounds completely. I'm now doing LGD and Super DMZ 2.0. I also added in an ACE inhibitor.

Blood pressure is good now, but I think I still could use something to increase blood flow. I'm getting some tingling in my hands like they're falling asleep, and I could feel my heart having to work extra hard to get my dick hard (lol).

What would you guys suggest? Taurine? Baby aspirin? Something else?

Thanks.

Are you drinking enough water? I know that was a problem I had but just had to drink more

Some guys report increased hematocrit with trest. Like, out of range increase. Not saying this definitely applies to you, but possible.

Well, I stopped taking the Trest and Andros over a week ago. It happens after I take the SDMZ 2.0. I tried taking just the LGD and it doesn't happen. The symptoms were definitely worse with the Trest and Andros, but I would really like to make them go away completely.

Lotsa water, garlic and celery (so hit the produce section of your supermarket, instead of the supp store).

Haha, thanks man. I'll try that. I just have to figure out a way to consume it. I hate celery and I don't know if I could just eat a clove of garlic. Maybe I'll blend it up and chug it down. I hope I don't puke. :)

If you can manage it you will find it worth the effort. But like the water, consistency is the key. I been eating 2cup celery at nite and about 1 garlic bulb every couple of days. My blood pressure and lipids have been better on-cycle than off.

I'll definitely try it, man. I'm wondering if I would get less sides from injectable AAS than these orals. For my next cycle, I might just try 500mg of Test a week and see how it treats me.

In my experience, injectable AAS will definitely result in fewer sides, especially from a BP standpoint. I am very prone to blood pressure sides and otc/herbal supps do nothing to help. The worst for me is dbol, after a few days my BP is very unsafe and even some of the less harsh orals like epistane or even SARMs like ostarine have negative effects on my BP. I usually use selective beta blockers like metoprolol to deal with it, and also at times use lisinopril (ACE inhibitor). Outside of prescription drugs, hydration and minimizing sodium intake are key, nitrates can help too, just make sure you don't take them with a PDE-5 inhibitor (viagra, cialis, ect). But I really feel that if blood pressure continues to be an issue you should just switch over to injectables if you are comfortable with that, it has helped me immensely (even inject. trest is better for my bp than any oral)

I'm definitely comfortable with it. I already inject myself multiple times a week for TRT.

And yeah, I've been using an ACE inhibitor (amlodipine). I feel like it's helping but I was still having the blood flow issue. I was trying a low dose at first, so I actually upped the dose today. Maybe it will help.

If it continues, I'll probably just drop the SDMZ 2.0 and see what gains I can get from the LGD. The palpitations and anxiety I've been getting are not something I can deal with for 5 more weeks. And my next cycle, I will permanently switch to injectables.

I dropped the SDMZ 2.0 and I'm just going with the LGD this cycle. When I upped the dosage of the LGD, I got similar issues but after a few days they went away. I'm wondering if the same thing would have happened with the SDMZ 2.0 and that my body just needed to get used to it. Oh well, I'll try it again next cycle.

Either way, I'm using an ACE inhibitor, drinking plenty of water, and supplementing with Taurine and L-Citrulline, and it seems to be working.

The tingling wasn't the worst of it. I could deal with that. It was palpitations and chest pain from the stress I was putting on my heart. That freaked me out.

One of the best tips I've seen on here. Underrated for "cycle support" would be an understatement.
