Will this even work as far as we all know that you need some estro to not deplete igf factors and inhibit muscle growth but unfortunately some of us can't get away with no AI... in that respect we are forced to make that choice which one?? While some are harsh and we could gamble with total shutdown playing with say letro others not so much, like dex and exem, but then there is this new wave otc **** that claims to be a suicide much like exem... so question is has anyone had luck running this arimistane along side of low dose test. Test cyp 500 a week??? Or is it a waste of time

Arimistane is not worth the risk.

A low dose of Exemestane will not kill your estrogen on 500mg of Test. Start at 6.25mg EOD. If that's not enough, you can up the dose to 12.5mg 3x per week or just add in some Nolva at 10mg EOD or Raloxifene at 30mg EOD. A low dose of a SERM and an AI is going to be better all around than a high dose of one or the other. As always, adjust as necessary.

Another option for an AI would be (transdermal) Formestane...if you can still get your hands on it. It's a good AI and is somewhat anabolic at higher doses. It is also said to have a positive influence on IGF-1 production.

Arimistane dropped my E2 from 60's to high 30's at 50mg/day on 200mg TRT. Not effective enough to cycle with.

Arimistane is snake oil if marketed as an AI

I'd use 6-bromo if you're using it on cycle

Use nolva in PCT.

Everything should be fine
