Hi guys.. I'm new to this. Expecting some good wise advise regarding my first ever cycle with Ostarine & Cardarine.

ME -
Age:29, 150lbs, BF:15%, teenage history of Gyno (had surgical procedure, now its fine). I might be prone to Gyno!!!
I've been on & off at gym for the past 4-5 years. Gained 5kg in last 3 months with whey & creatine, mostly muscle weight.

I've decided to run a 6weeks cycle with Endurashred from Olympus Labs (10mg Osta+7mg GW).
I've been reading & this is what I have planned so far:

# Week 1-6
*Endurashred: 2caps a day (20mg Osta+7mg GW)
*Milk Thistle
*AI: Aromasin 12.5mg every other day

# Week 7-10 (PCT)
*Sup3r PCT from Olympus Labs
*Nolva: 20/20/10/10

My regular supp intake would be:
2-3 whey shakes, BCAA, Multivitamin, Fish oil, Vit C, Vit B complex, ZMA, Creatine (on workout days)

I am not sure about my PCT plan. I would like some wise advice plz!!! Cheers!

Your PCT looks good to me. You can always add in Reduce XT or a natural anabolic if you want, but it's not necessary.

I'm not sure if you'll need Aromasin at all on cycle, but it's good to have just in case.

I wouldnt run an AI without reason. Id also consider adding in something like epiandro or sup3r-dhea; lethargy is more likely with ostarine, than excessive estrogen is.

Throw in Sup3r-11 if you can afford it

Plus EpiAndro will also help combats estrogen sides when run at high dosage..

It converts to DHT, and DHT is an estrogen antagonist.

Plus it will help with libido as well which is an issue on Osta for most people..

If he had gyno surgery then theoretically he doesn't have to worry about gyno anymore? I know he will still have to worry about high estrogen levels tho.

Thanks for all the insights guys. I was thinking about EpiAndro.
Having mild gyno for entire teenage had me scared enough about estrogen. Thats why keeping AI handy just in case.
