Nausea

Has anyone had somewhat bad nausea on-cycle? I'm currently on 1-andro and test. Today was the 2nd day I've had nausea in the past few days and actually thrown up.

If you have, how did you get rid of it? Was it with either of the compounds I'm on? Any ideas on how to get rid of it outside of going to my doc for pills?

Try ginger , really good for upset stomach , ginger-ale , ginger tea, ginger anything really . Never heard of nausea from either but make sure your not taking your pills on an empty stomach .
