Tren and cortisol

Hi guys. Long time reader of this board and others but 1st time poster. I'm having a problem w tren pct and I think I got it figured out but would like some feedback. My past 4 or 5 tren cycles have been great but when I get off I balloon up w fat. So much so it's like I never went on cycle. I use hcg throughout the cycle and clomid and nolva for PCT along w an OTC natural test booster.

After a ****load of research I'm pretty sure cortisol is the culprit. I'm positive it's the tren. Last cycle was test and tren. 1000mg/wk tren and 750mg/wk test. I stopped the tren w a month left and just ran test. I still ballooned up even on test. Everybody knows tren blocks cortisol. Now I never used to ballon up when I was younger running 500mg tren/wk by itself. I took years off and my 1st tren cycle back I ballooned up afterwards. I eventually went up to 700mg/wk and then 1000/wk. Now my question is it reasons to me that if tren is blocking cortisol, the body produces more. Does it produce even more cortisol the higher the tren dose? A few wks ago I dialed it back to 500mg/wk and started to put a little fat on. I upped it back to 700mg and it's working again. Do you thinking tapering the tren down would reduce the overall level of cortisol after I come off? Any other tips for cortisol? I plan on taking 2-3G of vitamin C/day and Phosphatidylserine(can't remember the dose but I'd look it up and take the normal recommended dose). Thinking of trying frag 176-191 to stop from storing fat. Also I plan on taking a week off lifting after to get cortisol down. Do you guys think it's ok to do cardio?

So yeah that's a lot I threw at you but I really want to just get down to where I want and then drop gear altogether. I'm 39 6'1" 250lbs and bout 20% bf ish now. I think I need to get down to 235 ish to get a look I'm happy w and be done w gear. I'd appreciate any help you could give me to reach my goal.

I had a horrible pct experience when I ran tren as well... Cortisol was absolutely the issue for me as well. Since then I've added reduce xt (simple and OTC/cheap) to every pct including tren and trest and never had a bad go of it. Made a world of difference.

Dude that's awesome. So glad to hear. Just to be clear, reduce xt is the name of the product I should google? Did you take any other precautions? How long before your cortisol got back to normal?

What dosage as well. Thank you very much. I really appreciate it.

Bgdaddy how big are you? Have you ever done bloodwork post cycle? There could honestly be a host of things causing you to balloon up after some of those dosages. Maybe its just me but 1000mg of tren a week is beyond an assload of tren. Did you use anything to control prolactin?

Honestly my advice is to get a complete hormone panel along with a 24 hour cortisol test done. The only way to answer your question in my opinion is to base the response on the results. Anything else is like swinging at a pinata blindfolded.

I listed my stats but I know that was a lot to digest. 6'1" 250lbs 20% bf. I haven't used anything to manage prolactin. I knew I was gonna hear that blur the tren. I dialed it back to 700mg recently and took my test up to 1000mg. I handle tren way better than most people. Even at 1000mg the sides were minimal. No sides at all at 700mg.

I gotta tell ya I'm reasonably certain it's the cortisol. When I dropped the tren and kept running test last time I still ballooned up

In my hey day about 6 years ago I was 250 lbs, 6'1 7% BF at 48yo and I would have likely killed a small village on that dose of tren but everyone is different. I am however surprised at that dosage you did not have issues with prolactin. To my other question though have you ever done bloodwork after your pct to see where you stand on estrogen, prolactin and cortisol?

No that I haven't done which yes I know I should've. This time around I've got a very roid friendly doc and I'm gonna have him monitor me all the way through pct.

SNS Reduce XT is definitely the way to go. I used it after my last cycle which was my first tren ace cycle, and it worked perfectly. I obviously don't have that "on" look anymore but I retained all of my muscle and haven't put on really any fat to speak of. In fact I'm pretty sure I'm gaining muscle still. I ended my cycle about 6 weeks ago.

Holy crap you didn't have ANY prolactin control?! That is almost certainly part of the problem with that level of tren. Yikes.

For the reduce, just run it by the label, 3 caps spread through the day (try not to dose around workouts)

IMO you absolutely need to check and most likely manage your prolactin tho too

Just ordered some pramipexole. Nipples have been fine but erections are sometimes impossible w/out cialis. Like I said I'm going over the top w prevention so I can get where I want, stay there, and knock it off w the gear. I'd like to get married soon here and finding a wife is difficult enough as is much less one that's cool w ED pokes. Lol

Do you start the reduce XT right at the start of pct?

I typically start it week 2 if running only 1 bottle (and this is the standard reccomendation - start week 2 or 3), but i typically run 2 in a row in which case I run it starting at day 1 of pct.

Oh lol.
I just ran 1 bottle from the start at 2 caps a day instead of 3. Lasted me 6 weeks

That works too ha. Many people really don't need all 3 caps. Especially after a moderate to light cycle. I've seen it tapered too 1/2/2/3/3/2/1... Etc
