Hi,
So last year around September I was 200lbs, I was unhappy training so hard but out of condition, so I cut to 170lbs and looked great. Much leaner, and much happier. Since then I've still been training hard, hitting macro's perfect trying to maintain lean and build.
Legs twice a week, eating great, high intensity, etc so much effort but I feel I'm getting little in return. I'm going on holiday in July and I want to run a quick cycle to give me that extra boast, I'm looking to add lean muscle mass as possible but maintain leanness or even lose BF% in the process in typical recomp style.
What stack would you suggest?
Perhaps Epistane / Havoc + ?
Havoc : 40 / 40 / 40 / 40 / 40 / 40
