    critique my summer cycle
    t-3 like this over forty days .25mcg

    100mg tren ed wk 1-10
    25mg winstrol (oral) ed wk 3-10

    eca ed week 1-10

    5 day training schedule
    sunday-legs
    monday-chest/tri
    tuesday-shoulders
    weds-back
    thursday-biceps-forearms

    cardio consisting of jump rope , bicycle, running. 2 days of low intensity 45 minutes long , two days of high intensity 20 minutes long every week.


    diet consisting of tuna, steak , chicken breast, turkey, pnb,oatmeal,and romaine salad. 70-15-15 split . 2000 calories a day for 3 weeks. 2500 a day for week 4. 2000 a day for weeks 5, and 6. 2800 a day for week 7. 2000 a day for weeks 8-10.

    supps. eas simply whey and a multi

    what do you think ?

    I moved this for ya brother, you'll get more responses in the AAS Section, but... 100mgs Tren ED for 10 weeks...oh god...you'll be lucky to recover for the next summer. If its your first Tren cycle, Id knock it down to 75mgs EOD. You'll see good gains from that. I wouldnt run it longer for 6 weeks, some run it 8, but that crash is just too much for me.

    I would up the winny to 50mgs ED. Again, something you assess your tolerance for but 50mgs is the norm.

    Check the link in my signature and download that calculator. Figure your Basal Metabolic Rate and this makes dieting fairly easy. I might add more good fat if I were you (from Flax oil, hemp oil, omega 3, etc.)
    Your bodie's going to get pissed off if you adjust your caloric intake every week, by a considerable amount. I would go around 250 cals. under your BMR, plus the cardio, you're due to lose a couple pounds a week.

    Add flax oil to your supps list (around $8 for 16oz) and it looks good to me.

    its my second tren cycle. my firstwas 75. no real sides besides cramps and bp headache. i adjust my diet every 3 weeks to keep it shocked, your right it sux for a day or so, but it works pretty well. thanks for the input.

    Good stuff. Looks very similar to the cutting cycle I will be starting soon:

    I'm using 75mg Tren EOD, 50Mg Winny ED, and my T3 looks similar to yours...

    Anything over Tren 75mg ED doesn't seem to give much benefit except for more sides and 10 weeks is too long, IMO.

    I've done tren in every dosage and haven't seen much benefit over 75mg ED. Bump the winny to 50mg and drop the tren and I think your set.

    Now your t3 cycle looks fine but I would taper is up faster and taper is down longer. Something like this. Its a little different but better for recovery in the long run. You'll see the most results about a week after your highest dosage.
