If its your first Tren cycle, Id knock it down to 75mgs EOD. You'll see good gains from that. I would up the winny to 50mgs ED. Again, something you assess your tolerance for but 50mgs is the norm.

Your bodie's going to get pissed off if you adjust your caloric intake every week, by a considerable amount. I would go around 250 cals. under your BMR, plus the cardio, you're due to lose a couple pounds a week.
