The PH market was put to rest following that ridiculous ban by our ever so concerned with our health and well-being government. I was never attracted to PH, but the good stuff that actually worked back in the day is very hard to come by due to the ban. The way I look at it is, if it works or worked then it's been banned, so all that stuff that is legally on the market today, in my humble opinion, is complete rubbish.

I would argue that creatine, one of the most researched compounds that has been proven over and over again to provide tremendous benefits, coupled with a clean surplus of calories and sound training will yield far better results than just about anything being marketed these days with exaggerated claims of high conversion to testosterone and blah blah.
