unsure of what to do ... recomp, cut , bulk ... + ??

I am going on an exchange semester (UIUC) next spring and I am unsure of what I wanna reach until then.
I expect to automatically gain weight due to partying and eating more or unhealthy (coming from Europe).

Currently I am sitting at 85kg, 191cm and approx. 14-15% BF.
I am doing a mild 11oxo run (5pumps must equal like 300mg transdermal) and feeling good so far.
Nothing to report strengthwise but I am looking fuller and leaner.

I am unsure of what to do now as I wanna be in good shape and mostly jacked and lean/shredded.
For being lean and shredded a cut would be necessary but I expect to do that in Feb/March when Springbreak comes.
So maybe Recomp would be the way to go?!

Other than that – what compounds would help me ?
I guess if I´ll go that ph route I would be on at least until may next year ….
Or would you recommend something different ?
Ostarine is no option atm because the unknown risks of bicalutamide derivates scare me (Considering running it in the US though)
Injects are no option.
