SD powder directions, can someone help?

I have some SD powder and i dont completely understand how to make it into an oral form by using designersupps website directions, can someone give me more info?

Here's a thread talking about mixing the SD. Invalid Link Removed
It's pretty straightforward though...10mg/ml is 1g SD in 99ml of solvent 20mg/ml is 1g in 49ml of solvent. The solvent of choice seems to be olive oil, although you could use PEG, 151, or Everclear...but I think that the OO will be a bit easier on your palate.
