    SD and M5AA Cycle


    Here is what I am looking at for my next cycle.

    SD 10mg/wk - Will increase the dosage if needed later
    4AD Cyp 1800mg/wk
    M5AA - 40mg/preworkout

    Here are the questions that I have. I know that it is good practice to keep away from running two methyls in a cycle, but SD is suppose to be not as bad as other methyls on the liver. Would it be alright to run M5AA also? From all the posts I have read it seems that there is a lot of debate about this. The second question would be is 40mg a good place to start with M5AA? Would it be better to split it up throughout the day and take everyday or to just take preworkout? Any other suggestions would also be appreciated. Thanks.

    I won't advise stacking methyls, but if you are going to, 40mg of m5aa should suffice for a pre workout boost. If you are looking to use it for hardening and vascularity, you will need 80-100mg split up throughout the day.

    I would take m5aa before workout only, also 40 mg not enough, for me at least, 60-80 mg is what I take.

    That is a lot of dry compounds, excluding the 4ad. I really don't see the point.

    I did SD and m5aa. I never really noticed **** from the m5aa, even as a preworkout supp used at up to 10 caps. But a lot of people love it so it could have just been me.

    Sounds a solid stack to me.
    Run M5aa pre-workout only and u'll be totally safe.
