So I've been thinking that I wanna take EQ and winny for a cycle to improve my endurance and power for track. I am doing the 400m,200m,4x400m and my goal is to get sub 47 sec and make it to state championship. My diet as of right now is going good, been lifting for 8 years. Can anyone help me with how to properly take it and what pct and sterm to use?
