Best PH Bridge for Lean Gains

I'm a pretty advanced user with about 6 cycles under my belt including mdrol bridges. What bridge/cycle would be the best for lean muscle gains:

1) mdrol into tren
2) mdrol into epi
3) msten into tren
4) msten into epi

I'm leaning towards option #2 as I've done it before with solid results but would like to try msten as I've never used it before and picked up some bottles before the ban. I have a proper PCT (clomid+DAA) and support supps (TUDCA+cycle support).

The leanest cycle would probably be 3 or 4.

#3 would be my choice, can't go wrong with tren

Oh wow, didn't realize msten would yield equal or better gains compared to mdrol (superdrol). I'm leaning towards option #3 then. Any recommendations for dosing?

Mdrol over Msten all day - you've got the mack daddy of all DS's. I'd say option 1 for recomp.

I'm curious as to the dosing as well. I bought quite a few bottles of each before the ban as well.

I'm actually going to go with option 4 because I want to try out msten for the first time and just realized the tren in my stash is 5 year old AMS Liquidrone....not sure how I feel about that
