Cutting cycle....
I am not sure if even using the word cutting cycle is correct.
I feel like the words cutting cycle indicates that you actually have been bulking before.
I used to be a big tub of fat.
6 months ago I started to work out - hard.
I changed my diet.
My diet and workout is good.
I have dropped over 50 lbs from 264 to 212 this morning. By the way, I am 6'.
I don't think I have lost much lbm since I started but I know some is gone.
I started an SD/M4ohn cycle a while back but I got sick and had to stop.
The flu knocked my out for 3 weeks. The few weeks I was on the cycle, I had some gains but not that much. I did not get shut down or I should say that I did not notice.
I did PCT regardless with some Nolva and 6-oxo.
If you are still reading the questions are coming, I just want to setup the scenario.
Being on a low calorie diet for so long dos not really helping growth of course.
I can live with that since I just can't stand being FAT anymore. I do not know the body fat but I would like to drop another 10 lbs before I consider myself at a point where doing a body fat test would make sense. Right now I just know that I need to loose more.
Right now Im frustrated with not growing and the strength is lacking - I know why but would like to change that.
Here is what I am thinking.
Run a cycle with Mohn and M5AA.
Run the cycle for 4-6 weeks.
24mg Mohn ED
30-50mg M5AA pre workout (4-5 days a week and dose based on effect).
Maybe use some Trimax but last time I did I got sick.
Felt like I was constipated without really being so. Like my inside was about to explode.
I am pretty much a non responser to about everything.
I also have:
1AD
4AD
Superdrol
1Test
But I figured I will use them for a real bulker.
My goal now is more or less mentally.
I would like to drop some more fat and gain a few pounds of muscle.
Would love to be a little stronger.
