    Cutting cycle suggestion - please


    Cutting cycle....

    I am not sure if even using the word cutting cycle is correct.
    I feel like the words cutting cycle indicates that you actually have been bulking before.

    I used to be a big tub of fat.
    6 months ago I started to work out - hard.
    I changed my diet.
    My diet and workout is good.
    I have dropped over 50 lbs from 264 to 212 this morning. By the way, I am 6'.
    I don't think I have lost much lbm since I started but I know some is gone.

    I started an SD/M4ohn cycle a while back but I got sick and had to stop.
    The flu knocked my out for 3 weeks. The few weeks I was on the cycle, I had some gains but not that much. I did not get shut down or I should say that I did not notice.
    I did PCT regardless with some Nolva and 6-oxo.

    If you are still reading the questions are coming, I just want to setup the scenario.

    Being on a low calorie diet for so long dos not really helping growth of course.
    I can live with that since I just can't stand being FAT anymore. I do not know the body fat but I would like to drop another 10 lbs before I consider myself at a point where doing a body fat test would make sense. Right now I just know that I need to loose more.

    Right now Im frustrated with not growing and the strength is lacking - I know why but would like to change that.

    Here is what I am thinking.
    Run a cycle with Mohn and M5AA.
    Run the cycle for 4-6 weeks.
    24mg Mohn ED
    30-50mg M5AA pre workout (4-5 days a week and dose based on effect).

    Maybe use some Trimax but last time I did I got sick.
    Felt like I was constipated without really being so. Like my inside was about to explode.

    I am pretty much a non responser to about everything.

    I also have:
    1AD
    4AD
    Superdrol
    1Test

    But I figured I will use them for a real bulker.

    My goal now is more or less mentally.
    I would like to drop some more fat and gain a few pounds of muscle.
    Would love to be a little stronger.

    Suggestions and comments welcomed.

    Why not tighten up your diet some more and use some cheaper supplements to keep some size like CEE or creatine mono, whey protein and a multi. You aren't even at a good size to think about PH's. I waited till I got to 240 fairly lean before I did mine. Just slowly add muscle and your fat will fly away with a diet plan.

    I wouldn't go with a cutter per se, but you could use the MOHN and M5AA for more of a body recomp cycle or maybe even a lean bulk. 24mg and 30-50mg sound like a good starting point. I would stay at that dosage for a few weeks as it kicks in. I would run the MOHN for the full six and run the M5AA for the last four to minimize the amount of time you have to stack methyls. Sounds like a solid plan and I hope it works out for you.

    I am already using CEE, Whey and multi.

    Not sure what you mean about not being at a good size?

    Cool, whereabouts? I'm on the south side down Galveston way. But I'm in Houston for school at the moment.
