As I said above I have a cold while on cycle. This is the begining of week 2 of my cycle.
Will this affect my gains? I know today I didnt really eat that much probably about 3-4 meals.
And also should I continue to lift while im sick?
I would stop lifting till I got better. When your sick you body needs rest. If I just started a cycle I would back off get better then go at it again. If you don't want to do that then think of the PH as an anticatabolic (to prevent muscle loss due to illness)
