If you tolerate the sides you can go hypocaloric and still retain or even still gain some muscle from M1T. Make sure to do your cardio and keep aware of your clen dosage....buy some taurine and keep protein high. Some people stack clen/t3 for rapid weight loss but I haven't tried it yet so take that with a grain of salt.
