Hey guys I am running epi halo for 4 weeks j know you are supposed to do at least 5, but I can make great gains at 4. I am on my 10th day and I'm up 8 lbs, weights are also flying up. However I am noticing some sheddin. I do not have mpb. Does anyone have any suggestions that could help me to prevent that or any methods that are well acessable and work?
