What does the following thyroid test values mean?
TSH: Result = 2.34 (Reference Range 0.350 - 5.500)
Thyroxine (T4): Result = 4.3 (Reference Range = 4.5 - 12.0) (Result is below the Reference Range)
T3 Uptake: Result = 43 (Reference Range = 24 - 39) (Result is above the Reference Range)
Free Thyroxine Index: Result = 1.8 (Reference Range = 1.2 - 4.9)
I'm not sure, but I think this means that the thyroid is upregulated as if by T3 or Trimax supplementation. Funny thing is that no such supplementation was used during the 14 days immediately prior to the tests that yielded these results.
If these tests do in fact mean that the thyroid is upregulated, could a Coleus Forskolin/Guggelsterone/Bladderwrack combination have such pronounced effects? And if so, wouldn't it be wise to drop this herb combo if this kind of thyroid upregulation occurred during PCT?
All insights and commentary will be very much appreciated. Thanks.
