It depends on where you draw the line, once it converts to test, it's 10-100 minutes. I personally think that it builts up it your system after awhile though where you have about a days buffer at some point of extended use.
It just depends on the status of your enzymes involved, not long unless you loaded with it, then it starts to build up like I said earlier and have more effects of it's own.
