Hi guys, i have decided to go for my first cycle..
i will be doing Test prop 100 mg eod and tren ace 50mg eod for 8 weeks. Wanted to know whether tren50 mg eod will be helpful and what are the possible sides.
PCT includes Tamodex 40mg ed for 28 days,HCG 500mcg for 3 weeks and clomid.
My Body stats are as follows:-
Height-173cms
Weight-77kgs
Body fat%-17
Further i'd like to add that i have a good physique but only with a shirt "on" lol...when i take off the shirt it doesn't looks that much good.
Chest definition is not that much and the abdominal area is a bit loose.
Workout routine:-
MONDAY:-Biceps
TUESDAY:-CHEST
WEDNESDAY:-BACK
THURSDAY:-TRICEPS
FRIDAY:-SHOULDERS
SATURDAY:-LEGS AND LOWER CHEST
DIET:-
Breakfast- Oatmeal with skimmed milk,almonds,whey protein shake and a banana.
Brunch-Coconut water and cottage cheese
Lunch-Brown Rice with cottage cheese
Pre-workout-2 Brown bread slices with skimmed milk
POST WORKOUT-Whey PRotein shake,white rice with boiled lentils.
DINNER-6 egg whites with 2 white bread slices.
So i am hoping this cycle will help me achieve my goals i.e getting good definition and lowering bodyfat%.
Please help me out guys.
