Have had Posterior Tibial Tendon Dysfunction for 7 months and counting now. Was wondering if there are any other things i could take to speed up the healing process? Ive heard Tb-500 is good as well as possibly IGF-1.

Any thoughts and/or suggestions?

Well I don't know much about your particular injury, but I have used r3 IGF-1 for a severely sprained ankle and it was amazing how fast it healed.

I did subQ every few days to keep IGF-1 levels higher than normal. Some people think injecting directly into the injury is better..but really no way of knowing. I'd say either route works.

MGF is supposed to raise igf levels as well, but if taken with igf they will interact/one will take over or something because they're both growth factors?? So if you take both then dosing is really nit-picky
