Whats going on everyone, been research and reading for a while. Have come to this as of now. All input is welcome...
Goals are to lean out while eating in a caloric deficit, holding onto as much muscle as possible or gaining some with dropping BF.
Stats:
6'3
~235
~15% (will be a tad lower when I start eventually- going to be a couple weeks if not more)
Week 1-5

Derma 4 pumps ED AM PM (heard that amount will last length of cycle)
