im on an 8 week cycle of test only 250 mgs per week.how will zmass help me out and when do i start taking it,im half way through the cycle.
You need to do some research bro! 250mgs of test seems quite low (500mg) is pretty average and Zmass should be used PCT, not a substitute for Nolva and Clomid (and maybe soon Rebound XT!
its my 1st cycle and i weigh 144 lbs im cut as hell and eat till i nearly get sick
puting on weight is so tuff for me ive been working out for intensly for a year now and mass is tuff to come buy for me.i didnt want to stack or overdose,its my first cycle and im half way through and increased my strenght from 6 reps of 135 to 13 reps of 135.im just so small and cut i want bulk.i eat eveything in sight with lots of protein
you aren't eating enough. aas won't do **** for you unless your diet and training are on track.
You sound like an ecto so your going to have to eat any and everything to gain. 250mg was a smart choice on your part so finish out the cycle strong and eat every 2 hours whether your hungry or not. Make sure you have PCT in place with Nolva, and your Zmass.
what's your training look like ... there is a good chance you are overtrained
and while you're at it give us a day's sample of your diet
my diet is eat like hell with lots of protein
