When to stop test prop and hcg before pct

Hello everyone!i am on a cycle (test prop 100ml eod 1-8 week dbol 20mg 1-3 week anavar 60mg 4-8 week hcg 250iu eod 2-6 week arimidex 0.5 eod 2-8 week and proviron 50 mg 1-8 week for pct clomid 100-50-50-50 nolvadex 40-20-20-20 my question is if i must stop hcg 2weeks before pct and test prop gets out of body in about 4days if i must change the last shoots of prop with enanthate to stop test and hcg together for better recovery
