I am working on putting together my first PH cycle and would like any advice you could offer.
Me- 38yrs, 12% body fat, 8 years lifting experience
On-cycle support supplements will include:
Halo X
AI Cycle Support (pre-loaded 2.5 weeks before cycle)
Multi Vitamin
Fish Oil
Taurine for back pumps
ZMA
Post Cycle Therapy:
Nolvadex dosed at 20/20/10/10
DAA 3g per day for 4 to 6 weeks
AI Cycle Support and Aegis will also be continued during PCT
Questions:
-I have seen some people suggest you can't use pre-workouts with this cycle?
-How would (or wouldn't) this be effected by taking an ECA stack at the same time?
I'll be taking creatine and protein as normal.
Is there anything I'm missing or that you'd suggest adding?
