Big Cycle Help.

Hi guys, I'm new here. I'm planning a cycle in order to be ready for the Summer. Current stats: 178 cm, 78 kg, 14/15 % bf. The cycle is kinda a recomp one and it's very lasting.

Ostarine 20 mg/die 1-6 week
Epistane 30 mg/die 6-12 week
Fura 100 mg/die 6-10 week
11-oxo 300 mg/die 10-14 week

12-16 week start with PCT with Nolvadex 20/20/10/10 and nolvadren 2 cps/die

16---> Ostarine 10 mg/die to the end of the summer just not to lose too much gains.

Diet will be slightly above mantenance (100/300 kcal) in order to get a Good recomp.

Suggestions? Advices? Help?

Don't like this cycle at all. Fura, epi, 11-oxo too low, osta out of place.

Epi 40-50 mg for 6 weeks stacked with furaza 300 for 6 weeks and 11 oxo at 600-900 mg for 6 weeks followed by 10 mg a day of osta in pct.

No. Osta in pct. If you're going to run furaz at 150 don't bigger bc it won't do anything.

So with what can I replace fura? Maybe sth a little cheaper. (I'm prone to gyno).

Honestly you don't need any of that stuff. Just run epi at 40-50. If anything add stano or trest.

Your cycle is complicated, expensive, and useless. Run epi 30-50 for 6weeks. And don't start nolva during last 2 weeks of your cycle. You should hold off on this cycle and do some reading first

I know it would be really hard on the liver but I'll take plenty of liver supports and I won't drink nor smoke.

I don't like it. Drop the halo. And osta at 10mg in pct, not 20

oh my... Just run epi 30-50 or halo 75-100. More is not better

I thin you went from bad to worse. No need at all to stack halo and Epi. Btw take Mystere advice. Dude knows what he's talking about

Your DIET will dictate everything

You could always throw in stano at 800/1000mg with epi. No libio issues at all. I sport boners all the time, yay for elastic waist bands

Ok guys. So I'll go for a 6 weeks epi cycle at 40 mg/day and osta 10 mg/day in pct. Just cause I strongly want to stack epi with something else (not necessarly all cycle long) what would you suggest?
