THC post workout (Not a joke)

I came across this study about the effect of THC on muscle and fat cell metabolism. Basically they proved that THC and other cannabinoids increase the expression of glut-4 and glut-2 transporters and out of all the cannabinoids (including endogenous) THC was the only one that increased insulin secretion. Even though the effect happens in both fat cells and muscle cells we can all agree that insulin does the same and yet we want to have lots of insulin post workout. So in theory consuming THC post workout (not necessarily smoking since we all know that'll **** up your lungs) would work as a dose (couldn't tell you how much) of insulin which would help you make that post workout meal/shake all the more useful. Furthermore the effects were more pronounced on cells with induced Insulin resistance. That means that people with diabetes/bad glucose metabolism can get even more benefits out of this. People in Colorado and Washington should look more into this.

Also, munchies are a relatively safe way to increase your calorie intake for those who have trouble gaining weight. Of course none of this will work if you munch out on garbage...this is taking into a account that the person doing this sticks to their planned diet (*cough*not hard at all*cough*).

Im practicing thc after wo right now. Seems to be working like its supposed too.
