Is there any reason why you couldn't open the cap, pour approximately half into your protein shake, then re-cap it and take the rest later in the day?
I'm about to start a 10mg SD/300mg 1,4andro cycle myself, and I was considering the half-a-cap at a time thing.
Halflife of SD is yet to be determined. If I were you I would take it pre-WO so you can take advantage of the focus boost and SDs' glycogen storing ability Post WO.
I'm looking at starting my SD cycle soon and was wondering the same thing.

I was going to take it before workout but I can't work out till early evening. When you were taking your second dose at 1pm did you notice having any trouble sleeping? I'd like to take it pre-work out but I'm wondering if there's going to be any trouble getting sleep if I take it at around 4 or 5pm?
I say try it and see. I never had any problems sleeping. I just don't experience the stimulation that others claim. It's more like a focus boost. Give it a whirl and if you find you're having problems getting to sleep, try melatonin.
I took mine last night & was in bed one hour later - no problem sleeping at all. But, normally, I'd rather take mine about an hour before I hit the gym too.
Unfortunately I have to wake up extremely early for work and can't get an early morning work out in and I've had a little trouble with Melatonin before. It leaves me feeling kinda messed up when I wake up but I've been trying lower doses to see if there's any change.
