Guys,I have been searching the net and have not been able to find any info on the benefits of taking B-COMPLEX injections.Are there any??And if any of yall know,could u please tell me if u can do these jabs Sub-Q.They hurt really bad when I do them IM.Thanks guys.
 
They shouldn't be hurting bro, something is wrong there. lots of benifets but there should be hunderds of threads pretaining to this
