Best joint/tendon support while on Superdrol?
Since people are making serious strength gains on Superdrol, I was wondering if there is one best thing to take to help the tendons and joints keep up somewhat with the muscles.
I did a S1+ cycle some time ago and got pains in shoulder and elbow because they coulnd't take the gain in strength I had realised in a short time.
Or does Superdrol itself have a good effect on joints?

It didn't hurt my joints at all. My forearm ligaments felt like they streched, but I suffered no injury from the rapid growth. Sodium hyaluronate or glucosamine/vit.C would be all you might need if your prone to these conditions.

Thank for the tips Dr.D.
I have no clue what 'sodium hyaluronate' is... could you explain, or tell me in what foods/supplements it can be found?

It's just a very effective connective tissue precurson, like glucosamine, if you run a search, hyaluronic acid may be more commonly available. I just like the Na because it's a liquid and easily formulated in shakes.

I have used hyaluronic acid, its pricey for sure.
For some reason, for me, the Glu/Con/MSM mix, all at good doses, seems to work the best.

Yes I looked it up and the HA products I found came to about a dollar a day in cost. So either I'll use it only during cycle, or I'll go the glucosamine way.

I don't know if it's a coincidence, but ever since I started my SD cycle my normal joint pain (elbow and sometimes knee) have all but gone away without doing anything different...and that's while doing some of my personal bests on some lifts.

Bingo!!! I reported the exact same effect in my cycle. I was plagued with bad rotator cuff and tennis elbow injuries. Thanks to SD they are much much improved. My elbow hasn't felt this good in a year.

Yes, same for me, at high doses, plus vit C. Post workout and after lunch on off days.
