Free or total testosterone test ?

Which do I get tested for to ensure my PCT is complete before starting a new cycle;

free test. or test. + free test. ????

I am 46 coming off 5 month cycle. Will it be tougher to get back ???

Do them both.
Free Test is not bound to SBHG - so its said to be your "true" test level. However, total test (bound to SHBG) should also be tested with it.
