I started my first PH cycle exactly one week ago, its as-basic-as-it-gets 4 week cycle of 1-AD. looks like this
weeks
1 - 300mg 1-ad (completed)
2 - 400mg 1-ad
3+4 - 400mg-600mg (depending on how things are going along)
I know i'm gonna get a lot of critiscm for doing 1-ad as a standalone, but being my first cycle, i wanted to treat it kind of like a controlled study with no more than 1 variable (the 1-ad obviously). Also this is a cutter (more critism here) so i don't want anything wet like 4-ad. so far, i'm very pleased, despite dieting, i'm stronger, harder, more aggressive in the gym. no real sides yet, i did feel nipple tingling my first few days on, and started thinking that i must be the most gyno prone guy on earth, but that went away completly. i still get random wood which i figure should be fleeting in the next couple of weeks, but whatever. My main concerns are PCT, depending on how hard i get shut down, if at all, i want to make sure to rebound as fast as possible. in 7 weeks, i'm going on spring break and i want to make sure my "boys" are top notch. that leaves me with 3 weeks of PCT, which i want to be complete by that time. right now my PCT plan only looks like this

5 - 40mg nolva
6+7 - 20mg nolva
also, creatine+diagrinine malate, zinc, magnesium, saw palmetto, calcium, ECA or clen throughout.
some might think nolva is overkill for a rookie 1-ad cycle, but gyno was a BIG concern for me. anyway, the nolva should take care of any estro-problems. My next biggest concern is libido, so i was wondering other than controlling estrogen will nolva be enough to rapidly stimulate test production, especially since i'm running it only 2 weeks. because i was considering adding in either 6-oxo or vitrex (trib product from nutrex research with great feedback for libido related sides)
