  1. Quick Clen ques


    Which do you think is better taking it when i get up at 7 or taking it 5 min before my workout at 2:30. My workout is 1 hour usually starts around 2:45 ish. I get a lot of conflicting ans just want to know what is betetr because of its long half life.

    i did not know carb intake affected the usefulness of clen. why is this?

  6. Clen has a half life of 35 hours, so it should make no difference when you take it. I would just follow the standard clen cycle and dose every morning with breakfast.
