Log: Epistane & Furuza cycle

Hi guys,

So I’ve decided I was going to log my next cycle, given the fact I can’t seem to find any good logs on an Epi + Furuza stack.

Stats:
28 years old
5’10, 185lbs
13-14% BF
Been lifting for 10 years on/off, seriously for 2 years straight
First cycle was Halodrol, 6 weeks @ 75/75/100/100/100/100

Current cycle is going to be:
Epistane (Vital Labs EPI2A3A) @ 30/40/40/40 (+ first 4 days @ 20mg)
Furuza (LGI Furaza-50) @ 200/200/200/200 (+ first 4 days @ 150mg)

Support supps:
CEL cycle assist (pre-loaded for a week)
AMS Joint Fixx
Fish oil (3000mg EPA/DHA per day)
Opti-Men multis
Aminocore BCAAs (intra-training)

Following a +20%/-10% macro regimen (training/rest days), leangains intermittent fasting from 8pm to noon (16/8). Looking to recomp, ideally drop down to 10% and stay at 185lbs. This is what the macros looks like:

Training days:
2820 kCals
Protein 210g
Carbs 380g
Fat 50g

Rest days:
2110 kCals
Protein 210g
Carbs 140g
Fat 80g

Training is going to remain John Kiefer’s Shockwave Protocol, 5 days/week – usually 2 on/1 off – but not exactly the same from week to week (I like to listen to my body and adjust rest days accordingly).

I’m currently on day 5, not feeling much (low dosage for the first 4 days to ease into it and to fit quantity in the bottles )but will post my baseline trainings shortly so we can follow up on strength gains, if any.

you don't see any logs on it because it's a retarded stack, with zero reason to stack the two besides one having zero knowledge about the compounds they are using.

My bad, didn't know I had to post there... Why would this be a bad stack? I've read on TS about orastan (furuza) and they do recommend stacking it with halo or epi, given the fact it can have a synergistic effect to help you lean out. Would you use it with a bulker, say methylstenbolone instead?

two dry, non aromatizing dht derived don't really any synergy.

your fura will be taking up shbg allowing more of the epi to bind with the ar. but that's a bit expensive shbg blocker. long jack works well for that an is cheap.

for staying lean an hard, epi doesn't need anything else. there are those who claim stano helps with lethargy though.

since you've got it, well, run it an see what you think. everyone responds differently. you might love the two. I would bet you don't notice any more than if you ran epi solo.

200mg of fura is a pretty low dose. but again, some have had good results at that dose. maybe youre one out of a 100 that do.

I wonder if its worth it to do a epi/furaza stack after seeing this. Might just bridge dmz into epi or something like that for my recomp

If you're looking to cut what you could do is run dmz bridged into furaza or vice versa, or what I'm doing and bridge trest into dmz/furaza.

Right....ill look into this. If I want to run furaza 300. Would I get better results with 300/300/300/300 or 225/225/225/225/225/225?

Take a look at my cycle structure in my log. You can try a variation of that. You might try something like this:

Furaza 300/300/300/300/0/0/0/0
Dmz 0/0/45/45/45/45/45/0
Trest 0/0/50/50/50/50/50/50
