Hi guys,
So I’ve decided I was going to log my next cycle, given the fact I can’t seem to find any good logs on an Epi + Furuza stack.
Stats:
28 years old
5’10, 185lbs
13-14% BF
Been lifting for 10 years on/off, seriously for 2 years straight
First cycle was Halodrol, 6 weeks @ 75/75/100/100/100/100
Current cycle is going to be:
Epistane (Vital Labs EPI2A3A) @ 30/40/40/40 (+ first 4 days @ 20mg)
Furuza (LGI Furaza-50) @ 200/200/200/200 (+ first 4 days @ 150mg)
Support supps:
CEL cycle assist (pre-loaded for a week)
AMS Joint Fixx
Fish oil (3000mg EPA/DHA per day)
Opti-Men multis
Aminocore BCAAs (intra-training)
Following a +20%/-10% macro regimen (training/rest days), leangains intermittent fasting from 8pm to noon (16/8). Looking to recomp, ideally drop down to 10% and stay at 185lbs. This is what the macros looks like:
Training days:
2820 kCals
Protein 210g
Carbs 380g
Fat 50g
Rest days:
2110 kCals
Protein 210g
Carbs 140g
Fat 80g
Training is going to remain John Kiefer’s Shockwave Protocol, 5 days/week – usually 2 on/1 off – but not exactly the same from week to week (I like to listen to my body and adjust rest days accordingly).
I’m currently on day 5, not feeling much (low dosage for the first 4 days to ease into it and to fit quantity in the bottles )but will post my baseline trainings shortly so we can follow up on strength gains, if any.
