This year has been a struggle to get to the gym. Between my extremely physically demanding job, outta town work, kids, and vacations. I probably averaged maybe 2 days a wk.
So I'm working my way upto my old PR's, then I will start this. My main goal is strength, but I still would like to be leaner.

I will post more as time pass's but for now this is what I'll be taking.
