Ethyl Alch has a boiling point of 172 degrees farenheit, which is below the 212 degrees of water, and the 400 + of oils and PEG. Maybe you could low temp boil off the Ethyl without affecting the rest, and add BA as a replacement?
In theory, you could put the solution into a 180 degree oven and remove the ethyl and leave the rest alone, you would want to do it in a closed container like a mason jar to prevent evaporation of the other substance(s), so the only thing steaming out would be Ethyl.
