Another Cycle critique threat!

Hi,

I know there is a lot of these floating around but just trying to get things in order while planning a cycle. Would love people's opinions on a cycle I've put together and am looking at running?

Anything I have missed or you would add let me know! All help would be great!

Stats: Age: 28
Height: 5'8" (175cm)
Weight: 191lb (87kg)
Body fat: Approx 15% at the moment
Training history: Lifting for about 5 years on and off. Full time serious for 1 year solid now.
Cycle History: None, researching, investigating and deciding for approx 6 months.

Goal: To loose body fat and gain max muscle.

Supp plan:
Week 1-5:
-Epi 2a3a (Epistane) by Vital Labs - 20/30/40/40/40
-ProteX cycle assist by Vital Labs - 2 caps per day
-Creatine - 5g / day
-Fish oil
-Taurine
-Multivitamin

Week 6-9:
-Post cycle 3x by vital labs - 4 caps / day
-Nolvadex - 20/20/10/10
-DAA - 3g / day
-Creatine - 5g / day
-ZMA
-Fish oil
-Taurine
-Multivitamin

Note:
- I have enough Nolvadex on hand to begin taking 20mg or 10mg per day "on cycle" if any Gyno symptoms show.
- Have "Milk Thistle" on hand if needed.

Yea you are right about a lot of these almost exact post going around but I'll play along.

Just a few things I would change:
You have milk thistle so pre load for two weeks to get your liver ready. Start cycle at 30mg(IMO 20 is pointless). Add stano 600-800mg a day as it will help with your specific goal and help keep you motivated in the gym plus help keep some possible sides at bay. Run epi min 6 weeks. I prefer torem to Nolva but Nolva will work. Torem just kicks in so quick I don't think I'd go back to anything else. Some may say you don't need with epi but I never pct without an AI. Grab some erase and plan it so it last two weeks after you are done with Nolva. Oh I see you have DAA in your pct so definitely get an AI. DAA not only raises test but it has been shown to also raise E2 some times at a higher rate than test. Erase will keep it in check. I don't think I missed anything. Last thing based on your height and weight you may want to check your bf% and get your diet in check before starting. I wouldn't run a cycle if my bf was above 15%. If you are simply trying to lose weight while building Some muscle run a safe PES stack. Alphamine, erase, anabeta elite
