I've been lifting for about 2 years now and I'm interested in stepping it up a notch. I'm age 30, 205 lbs w/ about 15 pct BF or so. I have been lurking this site for a few weeks now and I'm just not sure what a good cycle would be.
I guess my goal is to gain some lean muscle and lose a bit of Body Fat in the process.
I'd like to try a PH, although I'm not real keen on the idea of injection. I read a few threads about Epi and I am just curious if it would be a good supplement cycle to start with.
The only supplements I have taken in the past are fish oils, multis, creatine Mono, and a stack of endosurge w/ erase pro.
