    Havoc Day 1 starts tomorrow


    Tomorrow morning starts day 1 of havoc for me. I am extremely pumped because this is my first PH cycle. I am looking to get between 10-12 pounds of lean muscle and hopefully be able to keep my gains after the cycle. I will be shooting for around 300g of protein a day mainly through lean meat, fish, and chicken with protein shakes after my workout. Any input would be greatly appreciated. My cycle is as follows:

    Stats
    5'6"
    150 lbs
    21 yrs old
    Lifting seriously for 4 years
    Will be hitting the gym 5 days a week

    Pre-load
    Week 1: Milk thistle, hawthorn berry, cycle assist, fish oil, multivitamin
    Week 2: Milk thistle, hawthorn berry, cycle assist, fish oil, multivitamin

    Cycle
    Week 3: RPN Havoc 30mg cycle assist, fish oil, multivitamin, Liv.52
    Week 4: RPN Havoc 30mg cycle assist, fish oil, multivitamin, Liv.52
    Week 5: RPN Havoc 30mg cycle assist, fish oil, multivitamin, Liv.52
    Week 6: RPN Havoc 40mg cycle assist, fish oil, multivitamin, Liv.52
    Week 7: RPN Havoc 40mg cycle assist, fish oil, multivitamin, Liv.52

    PCT
    Liquid Tamox (Nolva): 40/30/20/10
    PES erase: 0/0/3/2/2/1
    Testforce 2: normal bottle dosing throughout PCT
    PCT Assist
    Liv.52
    Fish Oil
    Multivitamin
    Creatine

    Dosage timing
    30mg week:
    8:30am - 10 mg havoc
    9:30am - gym
    12:00pm - cycle assist, fish oil, multivitamin, Liv.52
    3:30pm - 10 mg havoc
    7:00pm - cycle assist, fish oil, multivitamin, Liv.52
    10:30pm - 10 mg havoc

    40mg week:
    8:30am - 20 mg havoc
    9:30am - gym
    12:00pm - cycle assist, fish oil, multivitamin, Liv.52
    3:30pm - 10 mg havoc
    7:00pm - cycle assist, fish oil, multivitamin, Liv.52
    10:30pm - 10 mg havoc

    I also have taurine on hand just in case back pumps start. Couldn't be more ready to start in the morning!

    Didn't need the milk thistle or hawthorn berry in pre load your cycle assist already has it

    I already pre-loaded for the past 2 weeks with it, I figured it couldnt hurt to have a little extra before a start my cycle. Any downside to that?

    Even at your weight and it being your first cycle I'd recommend doing 40mg from day 1.

    Nah none at all except the cost, it's good knew to pre load especially for the blood pressure, I agree with the 40mg from the start though

    Im going to start week 1 at 30 and see how my body responds to the PH and if everything feels good ill up the dosage to 40 starting week 2. Since it is my first PH I am being extremely cautious, don't want to go overboard and mess something up. Thanks for all the input guys, I really appreciate it.

    Alright guys, I am on day 12 of the havoc cycle and am loving it already. I've put on 4.5 lbs already and can start to see an increase in strength and im surprised because it should really start to kick in starting next week. My original cycle planned was 30/30/30/40/40 but im thinking of increasing to 40 starting next week instead of another week at 30. What are your guys thoughts on this? Keeping in mind this is my first PH cycle.

    Go to 40, you will be fine. I am on week 4 of a 40/40/40/40/40/40 Havoc Cycle.
    Had minor sides, such as loose of libido (not totally gone, but it is not the same. No problems having erections, I just dont enjoy sex the same way I did pre cycle), and also night sweats. I also have heavy lethargy..
    Gains so far are around 10lb and have crazy strenght gains too.

    Thanks for the reply man! The only reason I am curious if I should bump it up is because this is my first PH. I have barely had any sides at all so far (cross my fingers) so that is why I am considering bumping it up. I am at the end of day 15 and I am up 7lbs. Even though this is my first PH, you still think it would be fine to go 40/40/40 to finish it out instead of 30/40/40? Sounds like your cycle is going really good so far, keep me posted!
