Clen and keto

    Clen: 40mcg increase by 20mcg every 3 days until I reach 100mcg
    Keto: .5mg nightly starting after week 2
    Potassium:200-400mg
    Bp: gonna be checked daily

    8 week cut

    Caloric deficit of 500 calories

    Looks fine?


  2. When I run keto that high I'm a zombie all day. Like a nyquil hangover. I only need half your dose. Also, you won't really need keto until you feel the clen start to lose effectiveness, about 2 weeks for lots of people.

    I've run 6-7 weeks of clen at about 60 without keto and didn't notice any diminished effects. Everyone is different I guess. I use keto cause it makes me sleep like a rock. I did notice that when I run clen too long my lips get super chapped even while drinking 1.5+ gallons of water

  6. I can say from personal experience clen was anti productive when I tried it on ckd. Completely drains you during your workouts, I didn't even do high dosages. Just do eca bro. If your doing a contest I'd say use clen/t3 when you get down to those last %s.
