is Phosphatidylcholine effective for liver support?

Can't find much about it, any of you use it on cycle for liver support?

Is that the other main ingredient in AL's Aegis? If so then I've taken it. Aegis seemed to work very well for me for liver support if that means anything to you. But TUDCA is the main thing I make sure I have for methyl's
