I am looking to start my first PH cycle of Halo. I am 22 6'0 around 180lbs. Been lifting for around 3 years now. I am trying to cut down body fat mainly while maintaining and hopefully increasing lean muscle mass. I am looking for advice on what to get on how much to take. If someone could give me a breakdown on what to take (including brand recommendations) on everything I should take from pre-cycle, cycle, to post cycle I would greatly appreciate it.
