I'm gonna to be running RPN Havoc for my first ever cycle. I've done tons and tons of research (months) and have my PCT set up and all the support supps ready to load a week in advance as well as on cycle. I'm 5'10" and weight around 155 (dont laugh) with hardly any body fat. And yes i work hard and have been on creatine mono for 6 months as well as the shakes. My question would be, my original plan was to go with 20/30/30/40/40. Not sure if I should start at 30 and stay there a week or less and run 40 the rest. Any input would be appreciated and remember I'm 155 now and would like to get NEAR 170ish when complete. I eat like a cow and will be knocking back Up Your Mass weight shakes also (they say to drink 2 a day but i might try 3) Is it unhealthy to drink an extra shake a day? Thanks.
