    Exclamation Veteran needs a little help on ....


    I think I'm in the right spot if not please don't bash on me. This is my first time using this website. I'm just looking for some advice I've been all over the internet and still have found the answer. I just started a cycle of Ultradrol. I did pre-loading before and I have all my suppot supps, multi, bcaa, cycle assist, PCT tamoxifen. I've been on the cycle a week at 8mg I did one day of 12mg but I switched back to let my body get used to the supplment first. Anyways, 1 week after me taking it which was last night I was sitting on a stool and notcied my lower back right side started to hurt. Now, I have read on other forums such as back bumps got it. But I haven't noticed any bumps on me. So it kept herting and I went to the gym did legs and came home. I went to sleep which my back was just all tight and when I woke up it still has been bothering me. The pain is not sharp, nor really painful. Its sorta of like a pound/ throbbing sensation. Some forums have said kidney swelling? I couldn't find anything on that. One thing I have noticed is my lower back has been tight all week especally after doing romainian deadlifts then after last night doing them again I dont think that helped but it's in my leg routine. I'm just wondering has anyone else had this problem or is it possible for the kidney's to swollen? If so what else should I take to help out or just wait till it goes away? Its been herting just about all day. Still not 24 hours yet. Anything will help.

    Lol. These are called back "pumps". You will notice that the back muscles will feel bloated and "pumped". These will cause problems with painful sensations and sometimes restrict lifts and ROM. Taurine is what you need. Just research taurine and back "pumps".

    What you are describing sounds like back "pumps" not bumps. Get yourself some taurine and take 3-5 mgs a day. That should take care of it

    Taurine with a good vast amount of water...16-24 oz of water 1-2g taurine pre-workout and the rest of the taurine (up to 5-8g) spread out throughout the day.

    So pretty much its just back pumps. Its just weird cause its not like my back is stiff all the time its just the throbbing in sides of the back. I just want to make sure it ain't some crazy **** lol.

    Yea kidney pain is a razor sharp feeling very distinct n diff feeling from back pumps. Jus ask anyone whos passed a stone lol
