Hdrol recomp results

    Hdrol recomp results


    I'm forward planning my first proper PH cycle and I was thinking of doing a recomp as I am greedy and want a bit of both worlds.

    What kind of results have people had while eating slightly over maintenance? (200/300 Cal's)

    Was planning 6/8 weeks at 50/50/75/75/75/75(/75/75)

    Then a PCT of Nolva at 20/20/20/20

    I'm 31, 175lb and 5'6"

    Also, can people please critique my plans?

    My calorie needs go up on cycle. I do push harder in the gym as well. I need about 500 cals more just to maintain. Keep that in mind while you monitor your calories.

    And, if it's your first cycle, I'd consider running it at 50/75/75/75/100/100. 8 weeks might be too much for your first cycle.

    yeah I agree, I would stick to 6 weeks. I would also go around 500 calories over maintenance. If you gain fat if any, you can cut it off in the pct with some extra cardio.

    That was my initial thoughts, but been reading into maintaining gains and everywhere I read said that cardio or eating less during PCT is a big no no? lol
