I'm forward planning my first proper PH cycle and I was thinking of doing a recomp as I am greedy and want a bit of both worlds.
What kind of results have people had while eating slightly over maintenance? (200/300 Cal's)
Was planning 6/8 weeks at 50/50/75/75/75/75(/75/75)
Then a PCT of Nolva at 20/20/20/20
I'm 31, 175lb and 5'6"
Also, can people please critique my plans?
