Halo is a solid first time PH. Run it as a normal cycle ( cycle support, serm, PCT) do your research and be smart. Hopefully you are over 21 and have already built a solid base as far as overall physique. If you haven't or you're under 21.... I recommend lifting and eating peoperly

Yeah here are my stats.
21 yrs turning 22 sep 19
175 6"1 9%.
I have gained 20 lbs in the last year and a half.
Always been that lean skinny guy. Hoping to soon break that 180 mark and make my way to 190. But as I know it's always one pound at a time that is why I want a small shortcut to that 190

It's your body, your choice. If it was me, I'd run some OTC supps. Weight gainers, creatine, DAA for a few more months. Prob not what you wanna hear, but would be best to hit 185 all natural at least. Get your diet/ lifting routine on point and do more research on PH/DS compounds along with support supps and PCT supps. Tall frame, I know its hard to add mass that shows so to speak. I ran my first cycle, when others said I shouldn't. And now, I'm where others wished they were. Your call boss
