Post Workout: Scoop
Post workout meal: Rice. Veggies. 40 Grams Protein.
Anavar will be 50MG.
Taking with a 50MG DHEA and Milk Thistle. Have nolvedex on deck as well as clomed.
Week 1- 12.5 MG
Week 2- 24 MG
Week 3-6- 50MG
Week 7- 25MG
Week 8- 12.5 MG
Week 1- 25 MG.
Week 2-7- 50MG
