ph cycle while doing Intermittent fasting

I have/am doing it now. I take 2g cla with it since I know fats can help with nutrient absorption and its not enough to break the fast. I'd also be interested in hearing more from someone more knowledgeable. So far everything has been going great so I don't see myself changing anything.

im taking hdrol with 2 tbps of peanut butter every morning . i noticed if i ate a big meal with them i wouldnt be as aggressive in the gym
