1st ph cycle log . week 1
doing my 1st run . i have been jotting notes down on my computer but havan't posted yet . im doing a cycle of halo-plex (hdrol)
ran 50mg for 1st 3 days than doing 75 full 6 weeks . currently on day 8
my cycle looks like
halo plex -50mg 1st 3 days , 75 x 6
cycle assist + 1 extra hawthron berry pill each time i take a dose 500mgeach
multis , fish oil , animal flex for joints
i have taurine on hand
nolva - 20 20 10 10
daa - 3/3/3/3
erase - 0 / 0 / 3 / 3 /2 /1
creatine - 5g
along with the usual multi's fish oil etc..
jan 14 2013-week 1 day 1 - 50 mg- done - upper body power - felt pumped from taking pill for 1st day
jan 15 2013-week 1 day 2 - 50 mg done - lower body power - back to normal feeling . not feeling anything yet .
jan 16 2013-week 1 day 3 - 50 mg done - rest day - relaxed day . chylled at home
jan 17 2013-week 1 day 4 - 75 mg done - back and shoulders - really awesome workout . great pumps . 1st day no preworkout had great pumps like no other day
jan 18 2013-week 1 day 5 - 75 mg done - leg workout . felt a little weak but still had a strong workout
jan 19 2013-week 1 day 6 - 75 mg done - chest and arms . nice pumps . felt strong .
jan 20 2013-week 1 day 7 - 75 mg done - rest day
jan 21 2013-week 2 day 1 - 75mg done - upper body power - everything felt much ligther then last week . . dont know if its from pills or the workout . great pumps
ill try to keep a daily post if not i will keep logging on computer and update

wake up 8am - 2 tablespoon peanut butter along with the 2 halo plex
915am - workout
1030 - post workout shake
1130 - 1 can tuna on wheat bread
130- 2 cups oatmeal / 1 scoop protein / almonds
330 - half pound grill chicken or steak / 2 cups brown rice / veggies
530 - 2 cups oatmeal / 1 scoop protein / almonds
745 - 8 - half pound grill chicken / steak / 2 cups brown rice / veggies
1030 - peanut butter sandwhich on wheat bread
1145 - 2 scoop casien protein
i dont really know thecredentiails started at 190 lbs i am currently 200 pounds after 1 week .

jan 22 2013-week 2 day 2 - 75mg - lower body power day . had a great workout . went heavy on squats . didnt beat my pr on squats yet . beat my pr on deadlifts . 425 . dont know if its from the hdrol yet . i feel stronger , my old PR on deadlifts was 405 x1 i did 405x 4 today . overall feel pretty good . i went up to 202 when i checked this morning . so thats a +12 pounds in 8 days ??? wtf . diet is in check . havan't cheated yet

jan 23 2013-week 2 day 3 - 75mg - rest day from the gym . did the p90x ab ripper 2 times today though . felt good . feeling a little aggressive . dont think the pills have kicked in yet though i am normally pretty aggressive person .

jan 24 2013-week 2 day 4 - 75mg done - back and shoulders - wow what a workout i had insane pumps and everything i couldnt do before i was doing for reps like nothing . i think the hdrol is starting to kick in . my shoulders n back n traps look huge compared to when i first started . weighed myself in a flat 200 this morning

jan 25 2013-week 2 day 5 - 75mg done - legs - great workout , tried a new technique with front squats using straps instead of just crossing arms . used to only get 225 on front squats for about 5 reps, with straps i was able to do 245 for 8 reps , widened up my stance a little on front squats about 6 inches past hips . read alot that it is more beneficial for taller guys to take a little wider stance than normal . deff felt my quads working on it , also widened my stance on RDL's and deff felt more of a hamstring workout and less strain on my lower back . really great leg workout , my legs were pumped the whole workout . calves are a little sore still from tuesdays power day workout but i pushed through anyway . goign to foam roll my legs for about 15 mintues now . hopefully my body will get adapted to this workout by next week and ill be even stronger than i was this week , especially its week 3 on halo next week and thats when people start to notice it kicking it . i deff feel stronger though

jan 26 2013-week 2 day 6 - 75mg - chest and arms - so i couldnt fall asleep last night to around 4 could be from the halo ? or could be cause my heart was still going from being with my lady , and i woke up at 930 for the gym . i was not tired at all . today was chest and arms hypertrophy day . i felt good but i might have gone to heavy for the day . on incline dumbell 8-12 rep ranges i was doing around 10 reps , stopped around 2 before failure. was a pain in the ass with the weight i was using was fairliy light , was doing 75 pound dumbbells . i feel like i might have went to heavy than i dropped down to 65's to try and get the 12 reps . gave about 3 mintues rest and stretched . noticed i started to fail around 8 reps . before i did incline d.b i did 6 speed sets of 3 on flat bench with 225lbs . dont know if this what was causing the fatigue . anyone have any advice on how to build up endurance in chest ? . could also be the sleep ? i dunno . but for arms had a good workout great pump on bicep tricep and forearms . hopefully next weeks chest hypertrophy day will be better . i did have a nice chest pump though but i feel like i could be doing more than 75x10 since im using 125's on flat bench for power day for a clean 3-5 reps

jan 27 2013-week 2 day 7 - 75mg done - rest day - forgot to take my mid day cycle assist . started to feel really hot a few hours after 2nd dose of halodrol for the day . and headache so i waited an hour and took cycle assist . i had so much aggressiveness yesterday and i didnt sleep that well my girl was tossing and turning all night in her sleep so i didnt sleep to great . after i took cycle assist about an hour later i felt back to normal and everything was stabilized
jan 28 2013-week 3 day 1 - 75mg done - upper body power - little tired , not really to much aggressiveness compared to yesterday . i forgot my headphones at home so no music in gym . . did +2 reps on db flat bench from last weeks power day with same weight. really good pumps on everything . especially back . my back is growing like no other . i dont think the hdrol kicked in yet . didnt get that crazy aggressive feeling i had yesterday . still anxiously waiting

jan 29 2013-week 3 day 2 - 75mg done - lower body power - great workout good strenght . good pumpps . feeling stronger . squats felt easier , went to gym on 7 hours of sleep . still had a great workout . no crazy hdrol feeling yet >< , hopefull thursday it will be in full fledge , if not im upping to 100mg next week for last 2 weeks
jan 30 2013-week 3 day 3 - 75mg done - rest day . 30 mintues abs non stop
