  6. I do plan to do a fitness model competition in October. I just stick to the "clean diet" motto. Have a cheat meal once a week usually. I need to work on cycling my carbs. I can't seem to get that down. Does anyone do cheat meals on cycle? Probably not worth it?

    I would recommend tracking your macros and toying with them to see what effect they have on your body and continue to make gains naturally.

    Especially if you plan to compete. I can almost guarantee that every other competitor will have their diet 100% along with using AAS.

    It is a common misconception that AAS will negate a poor diet and thats what it seems like you are looking for.

    In fact, the reason you may have stalled is because you don't keep 100% track of your diet.

  11. Definitely keep doing your research. But if you want to add in some anavar, definitely look up how to combat the sides. also I'd say 10 mg would be a max dosage. And no longer than 8 weeks. If you wanted to play it safe, I'd start with 5 mgs and test the waters.

    I've heard of women adding in light doses of nolva but I think that's only for primobolan cycles. Don't quote me on it.

    When your talking about thermo's, which do you mean? What kind of routine are you running?

    I will say, a year of lifting isn't that long, you could definitely make A LOT more progress naturally. Maybe there's a way to improve your routine and diet.

    My girlfriend is pretty knowledgable on this subject. I'll see if I can get her in here to shed some light on this.

  12. I'm not looking to cheat my way to my goal. My diet is on track 90% of the time. I'm pleased with my gain so far but I want to get bigger and more cut faster. What is AAS and macros?

  13. AAS is the preferred term for "roids"

    Macros are macronutrients. Carbs, fats, protein.

  14. I say give good advice not shoddy or no advice while at the same time encouraging self-growth through initiative based learning. There is no reason not to heavily research compounds one wants to put in their body, if not to learn what it does and why, then to at least know how to cycle/dose/compensate for sides/etc

    I will not advise you on a cycle layout. With only 1 year of training you could make gains equivalent of a cycle with proper programming and nutrition.

    If you need help on either of those then I would suggest making the appropriate thread in female fitness and people will help you accordingly.

    If you don't track your caloric intake then it is impossible to say your diet is on track.

    As far as physique goes you should be more interested in the macronutrients than just the total kCal.

    You should have a set number in mind to hit everyday and should get as close to those numbers a possible.

    Agreed. All of your responses in this thread so far have been very indicative of someone who has not done much prior research. As a matter of fact, I believe you admit to that yourself. After I decided I wanted to try anabolics, I believe I did a good 7-9 months of reading before I even posted a thread concerning my first cycle...not to mention I'd been training for 4.5 years. You'd do well to STUDY the compounds you plan to use and to hear from female competitors who have previously used those compounds.

    At your current state, you'll be taking a compound without really having any idea what it's doing inside your body to produce results. That makes addressing side effect a real pain (hmm...this certain thing is happening to me and I have no idea why it is or how to address it). Don't think of anavar as a magic pill...there are benefits and risks, can't choose just one. There are plenty of threads all around the net that pertain to anavar, along with medical data on it, and seeking those out and reading up before posting a question will serve you well.
